Up to 1500 sq ft - $200
1500 to 2500 sq ft - $250
2500 to 3500 sq ft - $300
3500 to 4500 sq ft - $350
Above 4500 sq ft - $50/each additional 1000 sq ft

Session Details
Each session includes outdoor photos around the property and inside photos of the home. Each photo is taken with the buyer in mind. I look for the best angles that maximize the size of the room and show it at it’s best. Sellers should prep their home for the session by removing clutter but I will take the cleanest possible photos in each room by moving or hiding unsightly objects if possible. My goal is to help you bring the buyers in!
Included
No limit on the amount of photos. You will receive all the edited photos that showcase the property to its fullest.
